The CP-200 is a “Transducer” capable of measuring the concentration of liquors and cooked masses mainly in sugar cooking pans. It has two analog outputs, one resistive and one capacitive. With a quick and easy to install connection system, the transmitter allows the user to read or signal for control, with precise standardization, indicating the exact point to discharge the cooking process automatically. Its outputs can be used independently, or combined, thus being able to measure complex concentrations through their impedances.
